Holiday Cards for Those in Need of Joy

The holidays can be a lonely time for soldiers living overseas, children bound to their hospital beds, and the elderly with family too far to visit. Help your child choose to whom they would like to send a special card. There might be someone or someplace specific in your community or you could send a card through an organization such as A Million Thanks or Hugs & Hope.

Say thanks to a soldier. Give a sick kid a smile. Send an elder a smile.

This project can be done year round!
